Developed and constructed  a nine acre industrial park (office/research/warehouse) in Melbourne, FL. Responsible for all aspects of development including  acquisition, planning, finance, site plan approval, zoning and related matters, legal, administrative, construction, and marketing. Pre-construction planning on other developments including a six acre office complex and a marina.

1979 to 1983

President, Michael M. Wallack, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, FL, later Coral Springs, FL and Melbourne, FL. Three lawyer firm (principal and two associates) with major emphasis in real estate, condominium law, taxation, corporation and business, estate planning, probate, and general commercial law. Born Long Branch, New Jersey, October 9, 1947.  Married  . . . wife a graduate of  Florida International University, B.S. , M.S. . . . three sons.  Hobbies include running (23 marathons and numerous other long distance events), traveling, wilderness hiking, reading, desktop publishing.  Licensed State of Florida certified general contractor.
